"Enter the World of Lock 'em Down Records

Be prepared to be LOCKED DOWN. You have just entered the world Lock'em Down Records. Lock 'em Downs Records or L.E.D as it's affectionately known by members of, is one of Memphis' most up and coming independent record labels. L.E.D has a limited roster of acts and plans to max the roster out at about 8 acts within the next two years. L.E.D has produced numerous radio commercials of which the most known being commercials done for "Mr.Z's Sound Express which aires on Hott 107.1 regularly. L.E.D has released only one local release which sold over 1000 copies within a matter of months which prompted the plan to tackle the nationwide market. L.E.D artists have been featured in many shows in and out of town ending off the summer of '97 with a show with the "Ghetto Twinzz" in which L.E.D act 3MK opened. Recently, 3MK has been featured on a compliation album titled: Down South Ballin, where they were joined by the likes of: Eightball & MJG, Skinny Pimp SMK, Indo-G and others. L.E.D is scheduled to release three nationwide albums by the summer of 99 starting off with the Lock 'em Down Records compilation album volume I. Immediately to follow will either be the release of Nasty-D's album titled: Down in the M-Town or A.G. formerly the THUGSTA titled: Buck The System. L.E.D has a strong roster and a strong linking system with one of Memphis's other up and coming independent record labels, JackMove Entertainment, whos roster includes acts like, Holocaust whos debut album had a steady increase in sales since it's release. Knowing this two important facts look for Lock 'em Down to make it's mark in the near future. "It's a Lock em Down Record World.
